How to enter:

Details:

• Cook a jambalaya - any way you like! Contestants should cook enough to serve a minimum of 150 4oz servings.
• Contestants will be responsible for booth set up, tents, water, propane, trash bags and cooking supplies.
• Enjoy Broussard's 1st Music on Main community concert starting at 3pm
  • Music on Main is taking the place of St. Julien Jams. Same family-friendly, free community concert, different location!

Event coordinators will supply 4oz sample containers and forks for tasting.

COMPLETED ENTRY FORM AND $100 ENTRY FEE MUST BE RECEIVED BY
Thursday, September 22, 2022. Registration will not be complete until payment is submitted.
