- Cook a jambalaya - any way you like! Contestants should cook enough to serve a minimum of 150 4oz servings.
- Contestants will be responsible for booth set up, tents, water, propane, trash bags and cooking supplies
- Family-friendly, Kids' Activities, Live Music concert
