Keynote Speaker

Stephanie Hebert is a child and family therapist practicing in Lafayette. She earned her bachelor's and master's degree from UL-Lafayette with a concentration in School Counseling. She has worked as a school counselor for various private schools for 6 years following graduation. Shortly after the COVID pandemic, she chose to return to school to pursue private practice mental health counseling while working in administration for another private practice.

Upon licensure, she chose to open her own business, Align Therapy and Wellness, where she has successfully maintained a full time, private pay case load for the past 2 years. Stephanie specializes in working with children, teens and young adults ages 4 and up through a family systems lens, working closely with parents along the way. She has also been featured as an event speaker for her Alma maters, podcasts, and media interviews offering support and insight in various areas of expertise. As a wife and mother of three girls, she enjoys the freedom and empowerment of being a private practice business owner and connecting those in our community to
resources that help our children and families.

Panelist

As Platform President of AssuredPartners for LA, MS, AL & FL panhandle my goal is to utilize my long, varied history in the insurance field to mentor those just starting out. I was lucky enough to have a mentor in the industry right out of law school. It prompted my interest and first job in the field, which was legislation. From there I had the amazing experience of managing a US law firm in London, delving into the unique London Insurance market, and starting a boutique brokerage with my partners.

Of all positions I have held this current one is by far is the most rewarding. I look forward to helping my team grow and to hiring more people eager to learn this amazing and rewarding industry. There is no better place than AssuredPartners to begin this dynamic path.
As a member of the local board of Christian Youth Theatre, part of the largest youth theatre training program in the country, I am able to work with a truly great organization that helps develop both confidence and community in young people around the country.
I have a passion for learning, travel, and theatre. In my free time I enjoy travel adventures with my husband, reading, seeing live theatre wherever I can, and trying to keep up with our very active Vizsla named Ch'i.
