Description
The "Lighting of The Tree Ceremony", a new tradition in Broussard is scheduled for Wednesday, November 29, 2017 beginning at 5:30 pm! A 25' Christmas tree will be "lit" to kick off the Christmas season in Broussard. Before that, Local students will perform Christmas Carols. After the lighting, santa will be available for you to take your own pictures! Hot chocolate and cookie cake will be available. This event will take place at Broussard City Hall, located at 310 E. Main St, Broussard and the public is invited!
Throughout the Christmas season local citizens and visitors will be invited to use the tree as a background for a photo opportunity! This beautiful addition to Broussard is sure to be enjoyed by many!
